Liquidity Management

Liquidity management is one of the fundamental pillars of financial management and must exist in every company, regardless of its size.

We will begin with the basic building blocks related to finance—that is, the sources of data found in financial statements, as these form the basis for financial management. After covering the core elements and foundational blocks, we will move on to the key part of this training: practical liquidity management, methods for monitoring and calculating liquidity, and the effects it can have on business operations.

Even if finance is not part of your daily responsibilities, this training has been designed to be accessible to a wide range of entrepreneurs. Each section will be supported with practical examples, and a dedicated part of the training will involve a group exercise in which we apply everything we’ve learned to help a real company facing liquidity challenges.
