Business Model Management

To provide a solid foundation for all the topics we will be covering at the beginning of this journey, we will first clarify what a business model actually is and why it is important to know how to manage it.

Once we are familiar with the concept of a business model, we will explain how to manage it, what the stages are in changing or improving a business model, and how to effectively implement a new or enhanced business model.

Naturally, in order to put something into practice—in this case, to properly manage a business model—we must also be familiar with the right tools. That is why part of this training will be dedicated to the most effective tools for business model management.

Finally, we will look at specific cases of business model transformation, using real-world examples drawn from authentic business situations.
