Profitability Management

In order to present the important area of profitability management in a structured and systematic way—just as we did in the previous module on liquidity management—we will begin with the basic financial concepts and the sources of data found in financial statements, which serve as the foundation for managing profitability.

Following the introductory section, we will move on to the main content of the training and focus on profitability management. We will explain profitability indicators, the methods used to calculate them, and analyse how realised profit or loss affects the company’s overall position.

Naturally, all of this will be supported by practical examples, and a dedicated section will cover the tools we can use to manage a company’s profitability effectively.
